Home Birth Midwifery Services
Management of your pregnancy, birth and postpartum as your primary provider. This includes monthly appointments until the third trimester (week 28), biweekly appointments starting in the third trimester, followed by weekly appointments until birth. I provide 24/7 on call for urgent concerns throughout pregnancy, and 24/7 on call services for birth attendance in your home from 37 weeks onwards. I provide consistent labor support throughout active labor, birth and immediate postpartum. I provide 3-5 postpartum appointments depending on the individual client’s needs. Visits are up to one hour in length, and deep dive into your wellness overall and preparing for having your baby unmedicated and at home. Postpartum visits include lactation support as needed.

- all recommended lab draws (labs themselves are billed through insurance)
- government required newborn metabolic screen
- newborn cardiac screen
- birth certificate and social security number processing

One Hour Lactation Visit
Visit to your home that includes education, verbal support and affirmation, as well as hands on support and guidance around different positions and assessing your baby’s latching and nutritional needs (includes weighted feeds). Our aim is to help you establish a happy and balanced feeding relationship, which can be any combination of feeding at the breast/chest, expressing milk by pumping or by hand, or bottle feeding. We are here to help you meet your unique hopes and goals around nourishing your new baby.

Hands On Well Person Visits
One hour appointments, which include physical exam, lab work, discussion time, and possibly prescriptions. Also these services:
- Annual exam including pap smear and HPV testing
- STI screening and treatment
- IUD insertions and removals
- Nexplanon insertions and removals
- Irregular menstrual bleeding
- fertility awareness methods, support with conception or contraception
- sexual education sessions for all ages

Fertility Procedures
Some people need support conceiving not due to any diagnosed infertility concerns, but because they are in a same sex partnership or are pursuing single parenthood. In these cases, you can receive fertility care from a midwife in your home. We are here to assist in maximizing fertility through lifestyle changes, supplements and education and support around menstrual health. We can also provide procedures that guide the sperm to the egg.
Intrauterine Insemination: $300
